According to the Global Port Tracker report by Hackett Associates for the National Retail Federation, overall inbound volumes for the year will reach 25.9 million containers (20-foot equivalents).

“We think at least midway through 2022 or the entire 2022 could be very strong,'' said Griff Lynch, executive director of Georgia Port Authority, the US’ largest ocean gateway.
