    Instructions:

    ·Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms are provided by Lofty Homes. Buyer is to completed the form and submit to support@LoftyUSA.com or fax to 617-995-0891. We will then provide authorization for return shipment. Credit memos will be issued after inspection and approval.

    ·For disputed invoices, Buyer’s cooperation in providing information will enable Loft Homes to expedite the necessary adjustments. Any damages, shortages or overages should be reported to support@LoftyUSA.com within two (2) business days of receipt. We may reject disputes if received later than two (2) business days from Buyer’s receipt of the products.
