-Year-to-Date Business Profit & Loss (Income Statement)
-Year-to-Date Business Balance Sheet
-Current Business Debt Schedule
-Last 3 Months Business Bank Statements
-Clear Copy of Your Drivers License
-Entity Documents (i.e. operating agreement, bylaws, etc)
REAL ESTATE LOANS, Recommended Documents (signed and dated if possible).
