Lofty Homes ships within the continental United States with United Parcel Service (UPS). Package tracking is provided for your convenience at the completion of the outgoing shipment(s) and is accessible through your Lofty USA user portal.

2. Returns

Instructions:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms are provided by Lofty Homes. The buyer is to complete the form and submit it to support@LoftyUSA.com or fax it to 617-995-0891. We will then provide authorization for the return shipment. Credit memos will be issued after inspection and approval.

  • For disputed invoices, the Buyer’s cooperation in providing information will enable Loft Homes to expedite the necessary adjustments. Any damages, shortages, or overages should be reported to support@LoftyUSA.com within two (2) business days of receipt. We may reject disputes if received later than two (2) business days from the Buyer’s receipt of the products.
