We bought our 1950s home and knew that we wanted to do a renovation. We spoke with 5 contracting companies. Lofty came out with a laser ruler and took detailed notes of what we were looking to do. Andre walked through with us and asked us what our vision was, and discussed the scope of the project. As we were deciding between two companies, Lofty contacted us and with no pressure asked if there was anything about the project or the scope that we had concerns over. I appreciated the honest, no pressure contact. For many reasons, we chose to go with Lofty and I am so glad we did. Our project morphed from a pretty substantial reno to an entire gut reno. We had a lot of hiccups from permit issues to other contractors that we had hired to do other work (windows/insulation through Mass Save). Even though the issues were not caused by Lofty, they were incredibly helpful and patient and helped us navigate and resolve many of the issues. We have lived in our fully renovated house for over a year now and are still very happy with the work and service of Lofty. We have recommended them to others and would happily work with them again in the future. If you are deciding between whether or not to hire them, you won't be disappointed by the team.

Just want to share my experience with Lofty Homes Builders. I was looking for a company to do the renovation for my two family home. After a not so great experience with another company I started my search again. On my way to work I would pass Lofty Homes. I wasn't sure exactly what they did there but I notice the sign said "Kitchen Renovation". I went online and made a request for kitchen renovation. I was contacted by Brian Shimkus to set up a time to come look at the space. From there things moved along quickly. It was a one stop shop. They took care of everything from the materials to the contractor to the plumbing and electrical, I just had to choose my cabinets counter top, purchase a microwave and faucet it was just that simple. Chris Habib the Project Manager was in contact with me throughout the entire project with updates. Once the materials came in we set a start date and in no time I have two beautiful kitchens. I would definitely recommend Lofty Homes to all my friends and family for their home improvement projects. Thanks for making this easy.
